  • If you have consented to receive text messages from the firm, then you may receive messages related to representation as well as any other reasonable purpose.

  • External conversations may be a part of SMS communications.

 

3. Message Frequency

  • Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication but will be kept as unobtrusive as possible.  For example, you may receive up to 50 SMS messages per week related to your case.
